A day in the life of Haley

Haley had a birthday!!!

She is a busy four year old. She keeps me on my toes and keeps me laughing every day. Here are some things that you see Haley doing on any given day.

She wakes up with a lot of energy (usually)... here she is bright and early on her birthday. Granted, she had something special to be excited for this day.

She loves to dress up...

in several different costumes...

several times a day...

She usually asks me for some kind of lipstick or nail polish or makeup. But do not go near her hair! You become an enemy as soon as she sees a comb!

She loves to "help" me cook in the kitchen.

She is usually the first one in Kate's room after Kate's morning nap. Kate always loves to see her!

She also expects to play the computer every day. I do make her earn it, she hates chores unless computer time is used as incentive.

She waits for her Dad to come home.

And she loves to listen to books

She says funny things every day. Here she said is pretending to be a pirate. She was pretty serous about only having one eye for a while.

She usually spends time on the trampoline. She wasn't feeling well so it didn't last long.

And she may or may not be sitting on a time out here and she may or may not get at least one every day.

We'll end on a good note...
